Your schedule is where you add the actual sessions to your course. This is separate from the page template so you can reuse the same course setup across different seasons or time periods.
To create a schedule:
Open your course in the Manager
Go to the Schedule tab
You can add sessions two ways:
Create single session for one-off dates
Create multiple sessions for a recurring schedule (e.g. every Tuesday at 18:00 for 8 weeks)
Set the date, time, duration, and assign a trainer if needed
Each session can be set to Published (visible to clients), Private (hidden), or Cancelled
Editing your schedule:
Click any session to open it and change the date, time, trainer, or status
Need to cancel a single session? Set it to Cancelled rather than deleting it, so enrolled participants get notified
You can add extra sessions or remove ones that haven't happened yet
Session statuses:
Published means clients can see it and it counts toward the course
Private means it's hidden from clients but still on your calendar
Cancelled means it won't take place and participants are notified
Good to know:
If Smart Courses is on, the per-session price is calculated based on the number of published sessions remaining. Cancelled sessions don't count.
Changes to the schedule are reflected immediately for enrolled clients.
