Credits let your clients pre-pay for sessions without booking specific time slots. Think of it like a coffee shop punch card, but digital and way more flexible.
Setting up Credit packages
Go to Promotion > Credit packages and click create.
The basics:
Package name - Keep it simple. "10x session pass (10% discount)" tells people exactly what they're getting
Price - What you're charging (€90 in the example)
Credits - How many credits they get (10 credits)
Status - Published = visible on your business page. Unpublished = hidden (good for testing or member-only deals)
You decide the value. If you charge €90 for 10 credits, each credit is worth €9 to you. If your class costs €12 normally but you set it to 1 credit, you're giving a discount. Math is up to you.

Advanced features
Limit purchases per account
Stop people from buying unlimited packages. Leave at 0 for no limit, or set a max (like 2 per person).
Expires in
How long credits stay valid. Options: 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or never. Starts counting when someone buys the package.
Time-limited sales
Toggle this on if you only want to sell packages during specific dates (Black Friday deals, New Year promos, whatever). Set start and end dates.
Package description
Shows up on your business page. Tell people what they're getting and when credits expire. Example: "With this 10 x session pass, you can join 10x with a class (valid for 6 months)."

Important: Credits are venue-specific
Your credits only work at your venue. Client buys credits from you, they spend them with you. Not transferable to other places on Matchable.
Using Credits for bookings
Right now, credits only work for Classes & Events (not private sessions yet).

Here's how to enable it:
Go to Classes & Events > Schedules
Open any schedule (like "Group Sessions")
In the Tickets & policy section:
- Set your ticket price (€12 in the example)- Toggle ON "Bookable with credits"- Set credit cost (1 credit = 1 session, or whatever you want)
Now clients can either:
Pay €12 per class
Use 1 credit from their package
They pick at checkout.

What clients see
When you publish a credit package, it shows on your business page under pricing/packages. Clients buy credits upfront, then use them to book sessions that accept credits.
Makes it dead simple for regulars to pre-pay and just show up.
