Once clients enroll, you can manage them from the Participants tab inside your course.
What you can see:
Full list of enrolled participants
Contact details
Payment status
How they paid (direct payment or credits)
Total revenue earned from the course
What you can do:
Add a client manually (useful for walk-ins or offline signups)
Add a guest
Remove a participant and process a refund if needed
View individual booking details
Refunds:
If a client cancels within your cancellation policy deadline (before the first session), they get an automatic refund
After the first session, self-cancellation with refund is no longer available
You can always issue a manual refund from the participant's booking details
If auto-cancel is turned on: When the course doesn't reach the minimum participant count before your deadline, the entire course is cancelled. Depending on your settings, refunds are either processed automatically or flagged for you to handle manually.
